UK Delivery Charge

Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95 on orders under £100. Over £100 delivery charge will be £7.95. Over £200 delivery charge will be £9.95. All orders over £300 are will be delivered free of charge.

Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, please note during our sale and peak periods we might exceed this.

Specially made items will take from 4 weeks, again we will keep you updated on estimated delivery time.

We may use either a courier, Royal Mail or Parcel Force to deliver your items.

Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are made to order will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

Overseas Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on the total cost of your order. For orders outwith the EU please email or phone to check postage costs.

Providing your items are in stock we will always aim to get your order to you within 7-10 days, please note during sale and peak periods you should allow up to 14 days.

SULA products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

Overseas Delivery Charges

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes; however, we do deliver to BFPO’s (British Forces Posted Overseas). For more information on weight limitations please visit the BFPO website.

Does SULA ship to multiple addresses?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact us 07824 446024 or email

Tracking your Parcel

If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement delaying delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods to: Sula Furnishing, Carraig Mhor, Strathyre, Perthshire, FK18 8NA

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please send the parcel via a signed for service, please return proof of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.

We will not be held responsible for any goods damaged whilst being returned to us that have not been packaged by our dispatch team. We recommend that any items needing to be returned are done so in the original packaging to avoid such damage.


As many of our items are handmade any cancellation should be made within 72 hours of ordering.
